Refunds on products purchased directly through Sol Solutions, Inc., apply within 30 days from time of purchase, will be issued within 10-14 days after item has been returned, if and only if it is in the original condition.

Shipping costs will be purchasers responsibility. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to all returns.

Herbalife guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from an Herbalife Distributor, you may request a refund from the Distributor within thirty (30) days from the date the customer receives the product. You will be instructed to return the product, or the unused portion thereof, to the Distributor from whom you purchased the product. The Distributor will offer you a full credit toward the purchase of other Herbalife products or a full refund of the purchase price. (Not including shipping and handling) This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused.

All orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipments are always made using reliable, traceable couriers. We don't want you to miss a single order!

All orders pay a flat 10% per order shipping fee for standard shipping within the continental United States and its territories

PRICES AND SALES TEXES

All prices quoted within our site or affiliate sites are in US funds. Tax, shipping and handling will be calculated and confirmed during checkout and before being shipped.

Some products may be subject to sales tax in certain states. The amount of sales tax, if any, varies from state to state and at different localities within states. In order to ensure that governmental satisfaction of state sales tax requirements are met, it is the policy of Sol Solutions, Inc. to collect and remit all applicable sales tax. The amount of sales tax is based upon the product's price calculated at the local tax rate of the person to whom the products are being shipped.

Shipping standard USPS, Fed Ex and UPS will be calculated at checkout based on ship to location, request of special delivery etc.
